TEAM A.M.P.S. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the TEAM A.M.P.S. platform (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the Platform.

TEAM A.M.P.S. is designed for use by athletes of all ages, including children under 13. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
How children's profiles are created: Children under 13 do not register their own accounts. Profiles for athletes under 13 are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, or by an organization acting with verifiable parental consent. Organizations that create profiles for children under 13 are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the required parental consent.
What we collect: For athletes under 13, we collect only information reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, which may include: name, date of birth or age group, team and roster assignment, jersey number, positions played, game statistics, and photos or video where provided by a parent, guardian, or authorized organization.
How we use it: Children's personal information is used solely to provide Platform features. It is visible only to authorized users within the child's organization and to our service providers operating under contract. We do not use children's personal information for marketing or advertising. We do not sell children's personal information to third parties.
Recruiting visibility for minors: Athlete profiles of users under 18 may be made visible to scouts only with verifiable parent or guardian consent. This visibility can be revoked at any time through account settings.

Your data is stored using infrastructure providers that maintain industry-standard security certifications, including encryption at rest and in transit. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
We implement access controls, authentication, and security rules to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Breach notification: In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account or athlete profile is active, or as needed to provide you with the Platform. When you delete your account or request deletion of personal information, we remove it from our active systems. Copies in routine backups are purged on a defined cycle. We may retain certain records (such as transaction records) for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes as required by applicable law.
TEAM A.M.P.S. is operated from the United States. Your information is stored and processed in the United States. If you are accessing the Platform from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Firebase Analytics is enabled on the Platform and collects aggregated, pseudonymous usage data to help us understand how the Platform is used. This data is not used for advertising purposes.

We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new effective date, and may also notify you through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
If we intend to use children's personal information in a materially different manner from what was disclosed at the time of collection, we will obtain new parental consent before doing so.
